Is there car parking at the hotel?
The hotel has a car park in front and an overflow carpark adjacent with over 300 spaces in all available. The car park entrance is situated at the rear of the hotel. The car park is owned and operated by London Southend Airport and there is a charge applicable. For guests staying at the hotel we have concessionary rates for overnight parking. Using the restaurant or bar with a minimum £5 spend is free for 3 hours. The overnight parking fee is £7.50 for hotel guests and £17.50 for non-residents. If you are attending a conference or event at the hotel parking is free.
Please collect a ticket on entry to the car park and present to reception when leaving the hotel for validating and concessionary rates for parking.

What options for dining are there in the Hotel?
1935 Rooftop Restaurant & Bar is open for Breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days a week. Serving traditional British food with a modern twist. A copy of the menu can be found on the 1935 Rooftop Restaurant web pages. We also have room service available in the bedrooms
Do I need to book for dinner?
Bookings for 1935 Rooftop Restaurant is always advisable but not always necessary. You can book online via our restaurant Diary application on our website or call 0845 092 1935
Do you cater for special dietary requirements?
We do cater for dietary requirements a selection of vegetarian food is on our menu, we can cater for other requirements on request and please ask our server who can liase with the chef to make something not on the menu if available.
Is a special menu available for children?
Yes we do have a children’s menu
Do you have 24 hour room service?
Yes we do have a 24 hour room service menu with limited items available between 11pm and 6am
